We have just updated the FAQ section of the website. For your convenience, here are some common questions. You can always feel free to shoot up an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with additional questions. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Where does Rooftop Pizza Party take place?
Rooftop Pizza Party takes place on a rooftop in the East Village (two blocks from the L train at 1st Avenue). The exact location will be e-mailed to guests after they register.
How many people will be attending each dinner?
In order to create an intimate environment, each dinner will be limited to six guests.
What kind of pizza will be served at Rooftop Pizza Party?
The actual menu will not be determined until the day of each dinner. It will frequently depend on what is available at the Greenmarket that morning. All pies will be vegetarian.
What else will be served besides pizza?
The meal will start off with an appetizer. There will then be six pizza pies served. Each pie will be paired with a different craft beer selection. Expect some other treats too, but we don’t want to give away too much!
What if I have food allergies or special food restrictions?
We’re happy to make accommodations. Just e-mail us (email@example.com) and let us know what’s up! All pies are vegetarian, although many will contain cheese, so Rooftop Pizza Party is not vegan-friendly. All of our handmade pie crusts also contain wheat.
What happens in the case of inclement weather?
If it rains or if it is determined that eating outside will cause discomfort, Rooftop Pizza Party will be moved indoors.
This a rooftop pizza party, right? Will you be grilling the pies?
Never! All pies will be made in a conventional oven that’s been adapted to cook what we happen to think are some pretty delicious pies.
What if I purchase tickets and can’t make it?
Unfortunately, because of the preparation required, we cannot except cancellations within one week of your dinner. However, all reservations are transferable, so you’re welcome to pass them along to an acquaintance. When possible, we will also try to fill your spot with a different dinner guest.
